Fool Knockin’ Come on in let the show begin. There’s a fool knockin’ at my door, There’s a fool knockin’ at my door, There’s a fool knockin’ at my door, Come on in, let the show begin Mama said I should beware, Mama said I should beware, Mama said I should beware, But I know what to do with a fool like you Don’t you know when you play with fire You’ll get burned by your desire Fools never learn, Fools never learn, no no I’ve got dead-man’s shoes in my car, I’ve got dead-man’s shoes in my car, I’ve got all these dead-man’s shoes in my car, I’ll drive all night into the pale moonlight Strange affair in the woods, A strange affair in these woods, Such a strange affair in these woods, and
The wolves will sing a song of reckoning Don’t you know when you play with fire You’ll get burned by your desire Fools never learn, Fools never learn, they never learn There’s a fool knockin’ at my door, There’s a fool knockin’ at my door, There’s a fool knockin’ at my door, Come on in, let the show begin Come on in, let this show begin Let the show begin, let the show begin
Let the show begin

Firestorm 03:26
Firestorm I’m a firestorm coming, I’m gaining ground Gonna light it up and burn it down I’m a firestorm, I’m a firestorm Gonna light it up, gonna burn it down Can you feel the heat, do you see the flames Would you stand your ground or walk away In a firestorm, in a firestorm And when it all comes down,
would you walk away? No tears or rain could end this drought With one way in and no way out A cut in the dark, on a moonless night I draw you in ‘cause I burn so bright No tears or rain could end this drought With one way in and no way out A cut in the dark, on a moonless night I draw you in ‘cause I burn so bright I need you baby like a fire needs air My heart poured out and my soul laid bare From your firestorm, from your firestorm Can you feel the heat, do you see the flames? My heart poured out and I called your name Can you feel the heat, oh do you see the flames? My heart poured out and I called your name

Take Me Back 05:16
Take Me Back Did you happen to see that sad blue moon? Got me thinking ‘bout all the things
We used to do It’s been too long Can you grab the keys to that ol’ half-ton? Let’s leave this all behind,
Come on let’s chase that sun We can’t go wrong Take me back, Take me back Take me back, Take me back Would you lay me down in a field of jewels? We’ll count the stars and laugh like fools Where the wheat grows tall and slow And every breeze whispers home Take me back, Take me back Take me back, Take me back Long river damn you for letting me go Why have I been running so hard When the Fortune girl told me you would Take me back, Take me back? Take me back, Take me back Take me back, Take me back
Take me back, Take me back Take me back, Take me back

Don’t Dream it’s Over* There is freedom within There is freedom without Try to catch the deluge in a paper cup There’s a battle ahead Many battles are lost But you’ll never see the end of the road While you’re travelling with me Hey now, hey now Don’t dream it’s over Hey now, hey now When the world comes in They come, they come To build a wall between us We know they won’t win Now I’m towing my car There’s a hole in the roof My possessions are causing me suspicion But there’s no proof In the paper today Tales of war and of waste But you turn right over to the TV page Hey now, hey now Don’t dream it’s over Hey now, hey now When the world comes in They come, they come To build a wall between us We know they won’t win Now I’m walking again To the beat of a drum Count the steps to the door of your heart Only shadows ahead Barely clearing the roof Get to know the feeling of
Liberation and release Hey now, hey now Don’t dream it’s over Hey now, hey now When the world comes in They come, they come To build a wall between us We won’t let them win We won’t let them win Won’t let them win We won’t let them win

The Warrior 04:00
The Warrior You can dam the river to serve your plans Build walls around it and claim the land You can divide the blue sky and block the sun But you can’t do that to me No you can’t do that to me Hold the line, hold the line Hold the line, hold the line Hold the line, hold the line We’ll walk like warriors on our knees You can choke the oceans
And wrong the rights Forsake the mother who gave you life You can fell the last tree
And think you’ve won But you cant do that to me No you cant do that to me Hold the line, hold the line Hold the line, hold the line Hold the line, hold the line We’ll walk like warriors on our knees Hold the line, hold the line Hold the line, hold the line Hold the line, hold the line We’ll walk like warriors on our knees We’ll walk like warriors on our knees We’ll walk like warriors on our knees

What If I? 04:32
What If I? What if I told you that I died A little bit inside Every time you walked away? Would you stay? What if I told you that I fell But pretended I was well Every time you held her hand Would you understand? That I love you That I need you Yeah... I heard you lie, yeah, I heard you lie What if I told you that the moon Heard you promise to be true While we danced in her blue light Did you forget that night? How could you forget that night? ‘Cause I love you ‘Cause I need you What if I? What if I? What if I? What if I? What if I? What if I? Or was it all a lie?

In The City 03:30
In The City It’s just another Wednesday Waiting on the rain The vagrant on the corner Is begging to fill her veins And the cruise ship zombies take a stroll Just to hear a little truth An old guy at the checkerboard Regrets his misplaced youth And life moves on around us As we walk this crazy race We ramble, we amble At someone else’s pace In the city of good happenings Cool dude on the gallery steps He lights another smoke Fancy pants who’s passing by Is trying not to choke And the coffee shop prophets Are forecasting some hate Racial slurs at 3pm Try not to be too late And life moves on around us As we walk this crazy race We ramble, we amble At someone else’s pace In the city of good happenings Welcome all it’s a jubilee year Says the sign sent from the Pope I read the words and I walk on by Not feeling too much Not feeling too much.... hope Not feeling too much hope In the city In the city It’s my city

With your fears and lies I ain’t buying ‘Cause I got my own mind Woman got her own mind Who do you think you are,
Trying to set the bar You’ve gone too far now ‘Cause I got my own mind Woman got her own mind Let me break it to ya I’m gonna break it to ya Let me break it to ya I’m gonna break it to ya Class is in sit down and learn My body business ain’t your concern ‘Cause I got my own mind Woman got her own mind ‘Cause I know what’s right for me Though you don’t agree Jesus let me be now ‘Cause I got my own mind Woman got her own mind Let me break it to ya I’m gonna break it to ya Let me break it to ya I’m gonna break it to ya Watch me break it, ain’t gonna take it Watch me break it, ain’t gonna take it ‘Cause this girl’s got the right To go and take it ‘Cause this girl’s too real to ever fake it Watch me break it, ain’t gonna take it Watch me break it, hey Gonna break it to ya I’m gonna break it to ya Let me break it to ya I’m gonna break it to ya

High Or Low 03:42
High Or Low I guess it’s time to change my ways Gotta get away Tired of chasing trains ‘Cause I can’t feel high or low How was I to know Where this trip would go? I got a feeling I can’t win this fight And God knows that it just ain’t right No it just ain’t right Just ain’t right I’ve grown tired living in between Nightmares and lovely dreams Where nothing’s as it seems Now I finally see I put it all on me Yeah it’s all on me I got a feeling I can’t win this fight And God knows that it just ain’t right No it just ain’t right ‘Cause I ain’t high or low I ain’t high or low High or low I can’t feel high or low How was I to know Where this trip would go?

It May Rain 05:16
It May Rain Don’t know how to end this Or how it even began This ever glow, the after night, The morning light, your hands Yet I find myself holding on Finding myself where I don’t belong The timing’s always wrong But maybe that’s what makes it work ‘Cause the body knows what’s real Beg me, borrow me, steal In this perfect and tragic state Like something wild trapped in a crate I wait, I’ll always wait ‘Cause it may rain And someday uncover our remains And a song will be heard About how love stains Our tattoo, our refrain So here we are, have I gone mad Or has everyone else? These rivers can’t seem to carry The heavy mass of emotions To the oceans where everyone goes to heal So here we are trying to remember What’s real And I steal, I steal it from you Every word, all your silent spaces Feed the man and fix all the places Where we broke Yet love what lies between us The silence, the violence ‘Cause it may rain And someday uncover our remains And a song will be heard About how love stains And what’s real Beg me, borrow me Beg me, borrow me Beg me borrow me Steal
